A. Bertolini Sanctuary® Seating can ship to virtually any address in the world. However we have specific instructions and requirements to complete an international sale. The information regarding international orders can be found below.

Q. What classifies my order as an “International Order”?
A. Any orders originating from any location outside of the 50 US States are classified as “International Orders” and are subject to Bertolini Sanctuary® Seating’s international order policies.

Q. Who does Bertolini Sanctuary® Seating use to ship internationally?
A. All international shipments from Bertolini Sanctuary® Seating are via container. The customer is responsible for arranging a shipping service. Bertolini Sanctuary® Seating may suggest shipping services we have found to be reliable.

Q. What form of currency is accepted at Bertolini Sanctuary® Seating?
A. USD only. All prices are in US Dollars.

Q. What are my international payment options at Bertolini Sanctuary® Seating?

International payments are handled exclusively via Wire Transfer.

A. Sending a payment by wire transfer always involves additional fees. Fortunately, they’re usually not that much. Expect to spend an average of $20 extra dollars to transfer money to the United States (depending on your bank’s fees) via an international wire transfer.
