Here are the details of the offer for a free sample chair…
It’s quite simple, really. We will send a free evaluation sample to churches and non-profit organizations considering purchasing 100 or more chairs within the next 6 months.
The sample we send you will have one of our stock fabrics on it and a standard frame finish, and may or may not have additional options on it (typically it does not). If the sample chair we send you has options, those options are not a representation of what is included in the standard price of the chair. Our stock samples typically ship within several days and should arrive to you within 1 or 2 weeks.
Churches considering purchasing 400 or more chairs may request a custom sample to be built with the specific fabric, finish and options being considered. These custom built samples have to be scheduled in production and typically take 1 to 2 weeks before they ship and an additional 1 to 2 week in shipping, so plan on 2 to 4 weeks for such a request.
What if I’m planning to purchase less than 100 chairs?
If you’re not purchasing 100 or more chairs and want to see one of our chairs we have options for you. Please call us so we can accommodate your chair evaluation needs appropriately.
Do I have to pay for shipping?
Typically not; for churches and non-profit organizations that qualify we typically take care of the shipping. There are some cases where we will not cover shipping; for example, requests from outside the Continental United States, requests for our low-cost Hybrid Chairs, request for expediting, etc.
Can individuals request a sample?
Typically not. If you are not requesting on behalf of a church or non-profit organization you most likely do not qualify for our Free Sample Chair Offer. You can call us at 1-800-647-7755 and we can determine if you you qualify. In some cases we may refer you to our Hospitality division; please know that their criteria for sending sample chairs out is more stringent than ours and the qualification process quite detailed.
Do you make exceptions?
Yes, we do make exceptions for a variety of reasons. Please call us so we can determine if such a course of action is appropriate for your chair purchasing situation.
How can I get a Catalog right away?
Please call or email one of our representatives; we can mail you a physical catalog and/or we can email you a link to our extended web version that you can access immediately online.
